Anyone ever punched a guy right in his navel NOT solar plexus and still managed to make him drop/puke/winded?
How do you know your fist landed right in his navel instead of his solar plexus?
It should be impossible since there is nothing behind the bellybutton except intestines, but someone claimed he made a guy roll in pain and even vomit.

I have done this many times. If my opponent is stripped to the waist, it is quite easy to tell. I know anatomy well, so I can tell where I punch if he wears a shirt. If you cannot distinguish the navel from the solar plexus, you must study anatomy. I see many men cannot tell this on here…so…?
