How can I hook my bus up with Solar Panels?

I need enough energy to run two electric ovens and three laptops, and also be able to charge cameras and phones occasionally.
I don’t know anything about watts… Do you have a guess on how much I need? What is the most economical choice?

The laptops and other things wouldn’t be a problem, the ovens however use alot of power. I would use gas for the ovens and install a solar panel to charge a battery and then hook it up to an outlet to charge your laptops etc.
