The scenario: A tenant has a single floor office space which has 20 light fittings, each with two standard 36 watt halophosphor fluorescent lamps and magnetic ballasts. It is proposed to upgrade to one triphosphor fluorescent lamp with a specular reflector in each fitting. The magnetic ballast is to be replaced with an electronic ballast.
